What we collect
We collect the account details you provide, including name, email, optional phone number, country, language, accepted rules, and security records. Posts, replies, reports, appeals, uploads, and moderation history are stored when you use those features.
Why we use it
We use data to operate accounts, deliver email, publish approved content, keep conversations safe, investigate abuse, prevent fraud, and meet valid legal or security obligations. We minimize collection and do not sell personal information.
Cookies and tracking
V1 uses essential session, security, language, and appearance preferences. It does not use advertising cookies or cross-site behavioral tracking. If optional analytics or tracking is introduced, a clear choice will be provided first.
Security verification with Cloudflare Turnstile
When you submit a post or comment for review, Faith Forum uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish people from bots. Cloudflare processes your IP address and technical browser signals for security verification. Our integration does not send your post content or account email to the verification service.
Uploads and moderation
Private uploads stay access-controlled while security scanning and human review are pending. Reporter identity, private drafts, appeals, and moderation evidence are restricted to authorized workflows. Automated AI moderation is not active in V1.
Retention and deletion
An account deletion request disables participation immediately and can be reversed for 30 days. After that window, credentials, direct contact details, private drafts, and private uploads are purged or anonymized. Public conversation continuity remains under “Deleted member”. Essential audit, fraud, security, and legal metadata may be retained for at least 12 months or longer when lawfully required. Access-restricted recovery backups may temporarily retain older records; deletion restrictions must be reapplied before any restored data is returned to normal service.
Your choices and contact
You may update profile data, request access or correction, or start account deletion. For a data request or privacy concern, email support@faithforumworld.com. We may verify identity before releasing or changing protected data.
International service and changes
Faith Forum serves a multilingual international community. Data may be processed where its vetted service providers operate, with access controls and appropriate safeguards. Material policy changes will receive a new version and effective date.
